to make types work for aztec.js imports we should add import entry point as index.js
DONE unrelated to this, fix hooks in barretenberg so they don't break commiting if you are outside barretenberg folder
figure out why npm wasn't working with starter-kit (best case: just needs to be deployed, worst-case: funky differences)
figure out a way starter-kit can be in the workspace setup but mirrored in a way it can be used external to the monorepo (see yarn-project/canary/scripts/update_packages.sh)
figure out why CSS didn't work on my machine
